Most cleaning work is sold through agencies that take a cut of every hour and decide your route for you. Here the poster states what needs doing and what they have budgeted, and you decide whether it is worth your morning. A condo turnover and a four-bedroom deep clean are different work at different prices, and you price them differently.
Standard cleans, deep cleans, and move-out cleans where the deposit depends on the oven. Post-renovation work is its own thing — dust in places a regular clean never reaches. Posters describe the property and the state it is in, so you know before you offer whether it is two hours or a full day.
