What to know about lawn care
Recurring mowing is priced by lot size and frequency, and the honest thing to know is that weekly and bi-weekly are different products at the height of the season. A lawn cut every two weeks in peak growth needs the clippings removed, which is a different task from mulching in place, and that difference shows up in the price. Lot sizes vary enormously — a narrow strip behind a semi and a half-acre are not comparable lawns — so give the rough dimensions rather than the number of bedrooms.
Access and disposal are the two things people forget to mention and both change the price. A back garden reachable only through the house is a very different task from one with a side gate, and a Tasker with a ride-on cannot use it at all. Bin capacity is the other constraint: a spring cleanup routinely produces more yard waste than one collection will take at once, so decide in advance whether the Tasker is hauling it away, staging it over two collections, or leaving it bagged. That single answer moves the price more than most people expect.
