I want help with my scholarship for UAE residents applications at two universities here, from someone who won one.

I'm 18, finished CBSE Class 12 in Sharjah with 93%, and I'm applying for engineering at the American University of Sharjah and the University of Wollongong in Dubai for next fall. Both offer merit scholarships, one asks for a short essay, and I may be invited to an interview. My essay is drafted but generic, and I've never done a formal interview.
