I'm Wyshallie Dandu, based in Bengaluru, India. I’m an ISB MBA graduate with experience across technology, business transformation, and community building. At Oracle and Deloitte, I’ve worked on business-impacting initiatives, problem-solving, and cross-functional execution. At ISB, as Director of the Careers Advancement Council (CAC), I led a 10-member team focused on student career development, built alumni engagement initiatives, and organised industry interactions. I realised how much I enjoy bringing people together, identifying what needs to be done, and taking initiatives from idea to execution. I work as Consultant, Strategy, Growth & Transformation at Deloitte USI (Jul 2026 – now). Support a large-scale ERP transformation for a semiconductor manufacturing client, migrating from SAP to Oracle; identify process and system gaps, manage RAID/action trackers, and work with business and technology stakeholders to drive issue resolution; track releases, dependencies, and timelines… Before that: Software Engineer at Oracle India Pvt Ltd, NetSuite Team. Certifications: AI Fundamentals — Google (2026); AWS Machine Learning Foundations — Udacity (2021); Web Development in JS and ReactJS — Shape AI; Introduction to Graph Theory — University of California San Diego (2020); Combinatorics and Probability — University of California San Diego (2020).
