We booked a trip up the CN Tower with the family during the holiday break, and it was the absolute perfect winter vacation escape. While shooting up the glass elevator and taking in the panoramic skyline views is always pure magic, the recent upgrades completely steal the show. The newly revamped observation levels feature incredible interactive art walls that kept everyone captivated, but the real surprise was the gift shop at the base. It’s completely modernized with gorgeous local curation—instead of tacky, generic souvenirs, they feature beautiful works by Indigenous artists and high-end Toronto designers. It had an amazing, high-energy festive atmosphere that made our holidays feel special.

Visiting the CN Tower is an absolute must go in Toronto. It’s one of those iconic experiences that truly lives up to the hype. The view from the top is magnificent, especially in the late afternoon. Watching the city slowly transition into sunset, with the light reflecting over Lake Ontario and the skyline glowing in golden tones, is simply unforgettable. If you can, plan your visit for that time of day — it makes all the difference. One important tip: buy your tickets in advance. The lines can be very long, and this is not the kind of attraction you want to waste time waiting for. The Fast Pass is absolutely worth the price. It saves you a significant amount of time and makes the whole experience much smoother and more enjoyable. As for the restaurant at the top, it’s honestly nothing extraordinary in terms of food. However, it’s definitely worth going up for a drink. Sitting there with a cocktail and taking in that spectacular panoramic view is an experience in itself. Overall, the CN Tower is one of those places you simply can’t miss when visiting Toronto. The views alone make it unforgettable.

Took a family day trip into the city and you honestly can't skip the CN Tower. Shooting up the glass elevator is a wild experience, and the panoramic views from the main observation deck are absolutely insane on a clear day. The absolute highlight for the kids was testing their bravery on the glass floor looking straight down to the streets below. It’s an iconic piece of the skyline and seeing the entire city and Lake Ontario spread out beneath you is breathtaking. A classic Toronto bucket-list stop the whole family loved.

Our visit to the CN Tower was phenomenon experience. The security process is very throughout the checking for alcohol and improved items, but the staff is excellent at prepping you so the line moves quickly. Pro tip: don’t rush just to the elevator take sometimes to read the history and engineering display under the walls near the entrance. It’s fascinating to see how this icon was built. The elevator right itself is fun thanks to the staff sharing height data and pointing out the landmarks like the Billy Bishop Shop airport and that islands. Don’t forget to look down on the glass floor and look out to see up to where that I can see. Once at the top, the 360 view is unbreakable. We opted for the light dining on one of the restaurant, and the burger and pizza was amazing and tasty and fresh. If you’re looking to save money, definitely use the Citi pass. It made the trip much more affordable for our family. Walking on the glass floor is trail you can mess it. Don’t be shy to take pictures and if you’re missing inspiration, just look at everybody else they’re willing to share good ideas for some memory photos. In my visit, there was no time limit on how much time you could spend, we were there since midday we dining on the tower and we enjoy the amazing view of the city during the day and the night was a spectacular experience.
